About the collection

30 Studies in Minimal Style, composed in 2017 by Andrea Balzani, is a collection for piano that induces everyone to stop, breathe and meditate. These pieces develop themselves in a limitless dimension of time and space, focused either at the Universe or the human microcosm, with its equally mysterious balances.

Fifteen pieces are inspired by nature (Nuvole, Infinito, Mare calmo, Macrocosmo, Cime innevate, Onde, Preludio orientale, Tibet, Foschia, Lande ghiacciate, In riva al lago, Nebbia, Deserto, West, Stasi), while the other fifteen are inspired by human nature, emotions and perceptions (Leggerezza, Solitudine, Poesia, Respiri, Tic Tac, Viaggio interiore, Introspezione, Immagini, Aura, Zen, Poema impressionista, Suspence, Attesa, Mistero, Cristallino).
